The breadth of that background gives him an unusually rounded view of the financial questions clients face.
Before joining RCA, he spent more than seven years at a leading commercial bank in Nepal, working within its Internal Audit and Finance departments. That experience left him with a strong practical command of banking and financial services, internal control and risk management, and audit and compliance frameworks the systems through which a well-run institution keeps itself sound.
At the firm, Padam applies this expertise to support clients in financial advisory, audit support and strategic financial management. His work extends to financial reporting and corporate governance, taxation, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, and credit and investment analysis, as well as the capital market, allowing him to advise both on day-to-day financial discipline and on the longer horizon.
